Fan setup.

Hi guys, almost done with my first build, just wanted to make sure if my fans are setup correctly in this Lancool 216 case. Are the top and bottom fans the right way? (im putting the pc on my desk). These are the Arctic P12 fans. https://imgur.com/a/QkxjkSV

looks bueno to me  very nice looking build btw I love non rgb builds and I have the same cooler

It looks fine.
If you are going to be adding a GPU, I'd use the bottom as an intake, feeding fresh air to the GPU, then exhaust it out the top. This assumes you will be storing the tower on a desk or at least off the floor. 
The other advantage of up and out airflow is that it can help keep dust off the top of the PC
