My fps issues

For some reason my cs2 is running from 100-200 frames while last week it was running at over 300 any suggestion on how to fix it? I didn't do anything to my laptop it's a legion 5 pro with a 4070rtx and a core i9 any suggestions help please be nice about it I'm basically new to PC gaming

Is it overheating? Did this problem happen all of a sudden, or day by day it got slower?

Happen all of a sudden and my laptop is at the same temp as it was when it was running 300 frames

Ensure that all drivers and Windows are up to date. Did you install any apps when the slow down happened? Also, make sure that you're not in efficiency mode. Check to see if your GPU usage is 100%, and not less. I hope this all helps!

Everything is UpTo date except the fact it's not using 100% GPU any idea how to fix that?
