what is highest temp i want my gpu to go while hard stress while gaming 100% gpu? 

my gpu is : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6 GB

ps: i overclocked it core  clock +125 and memory clock +800 it is like 20-25% improvment

85-87 should be alright, but you aren't measuring the hotspot temperature there, are you? Also, if you are concerned about your temps, you can probably adjust fan curves for lower temps.

Try using HWinfo to monitor the hotspot sensor temperatures.
Your GPU will begin throttling around 93-95°C. Also how OddOod mentioned, as long as hotspot is below 108C, you are good to go. 
Also, keep in mind that ambient temperature affects GPU temps - expect higher readings during summer.

Again, as long as you are below 93-95°C, you are good to go.
But keep in mind that your PC might get hotter with higher ambient temperature.

Quick question, how long did you let furmark run for?

For more accurate results I prefer to let furmark run for at least 30 minutes. 
Also, while other people might disagree with me, I would argue that a temperature of 88°C is still fine, anything above 88°C would be too high for my own liking and I'd reccommend you to tune down your overclock.

Then don'tdo that?

 

It's all about over locking to the max stable clock. 

 

Tune it down a little, or let it rip if it doesn't bother you.

 

Unless you override voltage to a stupid degree, you can't hurt the card.  It has many protections in place, including thermal throttling or simply shutting down.
