Hullo,

Don't know where to put this but anyway,

So...I have two eneloop AAA batteries and they're running out of power for my wireless mouse (Roccat pyra wireless)

The mouse didn't come with eneloops, but would it be fine to just leave them in the mouse and plug it in via usb and have the mouse charge it rather than get a dedicated charger? (I have the charger, but it's left in Malaysia, I'm in Aus now)

The eneloop website says that they "strongly recommend" using eneloop chargers. But just wondering if I would damage the batteries if I don't

Thanks

Why was the charger left in Malaysia?

If other AAA batteries recharge in the mouse by plugging in the USB, Eneloops will do the same. It won't hurt your Eneloops any more or less than another battery brand. The reason they say that on the site is simply so you buy more of their products.

Oh ok thanks, just making sure.

Why was the charger left in Malaysia?

Because that's where I live, and where I bought the batteries. I go to school in Aus.

I was in a rush while packing for school and it didn't cross my mind to pack the charger
