Whats going on with minecraft?

Does anyone know why my gpu is showing 99 percent usuage on minecraft, but only 50 percent with nvidia overlay and task manager? I'm going to post a picture showing my problem. My rtx 3060ti works fine with my setup, but the rtx 5070ti seems to be running the gpu usage at 50 percent max.
