More Fps with a second 780ti

Roughly how much more fps could one expect to gain by adding a second 780ti card? 100+ in ultra is my usual? Anyone got some hard facts on the issue at hand? I'll just keep to one if I'm only going to see a 20 fps jump..

Ok first of all what games are you talking about? BF4?

 

The variable of performance increase depends on what game and drivers since SLI can be problematic sometimes.

Depends on the game. If it's well optimised for SLI scaling,you will see 80-90% improvement.

Well ideally you'll see double the FPS. Obviously games aren't optimized perfectly so you'll probably be getting anywhere from 1.5-1.9X the performance of a single card.

Depends on the game. In some you can get 100%+ imporvement if they're made with SLI in mind, but in others you may get no performance gain at all. 

 

I'd expect a bit less than 90% performance gain in newer games.

What resolution are you running at? And what refresh rate? If it's 1080p 60Hz, then there's really no point in getting a second one.

Yea exactly that at the moment, naturally I'd get a higher htz monitor at the same time.. Goes without saying really doesn't it..
