Case fan suggestions

I'm looking for some new case fans and I'm really stuck when it comes to choosing something and l'd love some solid recommendations. I currently have a Montech Sky 2, and I love the look of the fans, but they don't seem to perform like I want them too, and they also get pretty loud. I'm looking for a fan with good airflow, decent price, but with just a small amount of rgb. Something that isn't just all the blades fully lit with bright lights. I love the ring style accent lights these fans have, just looking for more performance at a decent price point.

thrmalright has all the argb and cheap too.
