Hooded Task Jacket Arrived Damaged

I'm just posting this here to get it out to a wider audience and tell folks to check their stuff. I got my Hooded Task Jacket from UPS today and put it on immediately. I went to check all the pockets and immediately found a hole I could fit my thumb through in the far seam (directly opposite the opening) of the chest pocket.
I've already reached out to support, though I'm unsure if they just send a replacement or if an exchange takes place since this is my first time ordering clothing from LTT.

On a brighter note, the jacket feels amazing, and I'm looking forward to wearing it when I get a fixed one.

Just a quick update on this:

Support actually got back to me the day after I posted this thread. It was a Sunday, I was shocked. Right away, the set up a replacement order for no cost and sent it out after a bit of confusion (the initial replacement order was a bomber jacket, not the hooded task jacket). Don’t even have to return the damaged item.

Got the replacement from UPS today. Everything is in working order and there are no holes where there shouldn’t be.

I’ve been wearing the original for the last week and it’s awesome. Perfect for this early spring weather as a slightly heavy-duty windbreaker. It feels kinda slick or like there is something plastic in the makeup of the cloth, so it’s probably at least a little water resistant. Haven’t tested that though.

The only thing that makes me keep double taking is that the zipper pull is attached to the left side of the jacket, which I believe down here in the States is most common in women’s clothing. I’ve certainly never owned a jacket with this set up before. Not bad, just weird. But that’s Canadians for you.
