I recently built my PC (specs here: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/tWcjb2) and tried installing Windows 11, but it kept crashing. I went into the BIOS and disabled XMP, which allowed me to get further into the installation, but the crashes continued. After turning off XMP, I also noticed that the RGB on my fans started flickering on and off. I kept troubleshooting, hoping the issue would resolve itself, but now the PC no longer outputs a video signal to my monitor. It also won’t power off unless I switch off the PSU, and my motherboard’s EZ Debug LEDs indicate a GPU-related issue. Any help would be welcome

WHat verson of windows? My laptop tried to upgrade to 24h2 and it's unsuccessful. Try to install 23H2 or older versions

Also gpu issues will not affect RGB performance, might have issues with motherboard or psu stability

I'm not sure which version of Windows I installed—I downloaded the installation file directly from Microsoft's website. As for the GPU issue, I understand that it shouldn't affect the RGB, which is exactly why I'm so confused.
