Hey there folks. I'm trying to lower the temps on my 9600x because it's running fairly hot when idle (which means fans speeds are high and therefore noisy). I've already enabled eco mode and used the ryzen master app to conduct curve optimization (which I understand to be undervolting). I'm wondering, can I also change the maximum clock speed on the ryzen master app as well while still maintaining safety (ie not Burning the pc up). The app says the cpu has a maximum clock speed of 5400mhz and it's usually reaching the high 4000's. I'm wondering, can I lower that down to 3800/3900mhz (which is the base clock speed when I look up the CPU on google))?
