Best budget earbuds?

Hey, I have a budget of about $50, (more or less) and I live in Canada.

 

I need the best pair of earbuds I can get, all around. I'm not expecting too much, just expecting a pretty solid pair of earbuds, that's all.

 

I do however have a list of wants:

 

- Long lasting

- Is partially durable

- Sounds great

- Ships or is sold in Canada

- Will output good audio out of my phone. (Note 2)

- Are earbuds, not headphones. (I own a pair of 440's with 840 pads and I love them, but they're far to large for public use.

 

Also, I owned a pair of Skullcandy 50/50's (god forgive me) and they were great, and had heavy bass but were very poor quality. They failed on me after 3 months or so, and their customer support and "lifelong warrenty" was useless to me, as paying for shipping back was more than half the value of the earbuds. 

 

I've looked into it, and some have recommended the "a-JAY's ONE"

I don't know about them to much, but some have said it sounds great and it costs $30, but with shipping is $55.

aha i know they are but would be nice to have them .

i don't know much about IEMs but from the reviews and general quick look on google they seem very well rated; TBH anything from sennheiser is well rated they are a really fantastic brand of headphones for your money
