Can you mount them in reg fan mounts?

Sometimes, sometimes not. Not every 2x120mm fan mount spot in a case supports 240mm radiators as an example, since there's extra length, width, and thickness to them, including the part where the tubes attach. That's where checking the specs of the case for radiator support is important. It can almost always fit though, with enough effort 🙂

Both the Corsair 4000D and Fractal Design Ridge support top mounted 280mm AIOs if you mount it crooked. Better off just getting a 240mm AIO in that case (pun intended).

The rad will probably fit in that garbage pile of a case, but you're likely going to have to twist the tubes hard and a 120mm AIO is likely to be universally worse than an air cooler
