270 or 270x

Go to solution Solved by Daniel91,

Thanks guys

Im at the shop right now

im looking at the 270 and 270x

im using these till I can save enough to get a 290x or a 780Ti

the 270 is $259.99

As for the 270x $279.99

Is tge extra $20 worth it or should I stick with my original plan and get a 270?

if you are planning to upgrade anyway why waste money?

I did, but I didn't know how far away my upgrade path would be, It's still not here yet waiting for DC.. But I feel I made the right choice in upgrading for the time being from a very poor performing underclocked overheated 9800gt to a R9 270... It's been wonderful

Case: NZXT H440, Motherboard: Z97 ROG Ranger, CPU: i5 4690K @ 4.2Ghz, Ram: 8GB G.Skill Sniper @ 1600MHZ CL9, GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1, Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, WD Blue 1TB, PSU: Cooler Master V650, Cooling: Swiftech H320, Monitors: 3 x Benq VZ2350
