Budget (including currency): $550 (if i get lucky I can stretch to $600)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, CS2, Marvel Rivals, Minecraft, DaVinci Resolve, Vocaloid 4, Piapro Studio, FL Studio, running Chrome for school and Opera GX for background music simultaneously

Other details Wanna play comp games at constant 180+ fps, need a decent GPU and CPU, was thinking a 12400f and an rx 580, but there's a massive bottleneck there. need a recent GPU from the last 4 years and CPU from the last 2 years, and at least 8gb vram.

all new or mix of used and new? doesnt sound very good considering the gpu and youd expect more like a 6800 at this budget with used ryzen (5600x) and some more used parts (case psu board etc.)

Cross shop your GPU budget by this hierarchy. If you can find a 5600 bundled with a motherboard locally for 125 or lower, you go and pounce on it.
