Hi! (I know about the firefox controversies but it is atm still my browser of use). I'm running on windows with firefox version 136

I don't like that when I boot firefox I'm met with the same pages I had, since I'll never find what I was looking for. I end up closing all the windows anyways and re-googleling or bookmarking what I need(ed).

So I wanted to set up a base boot for my firefox. No tabs or junk I will never check again, just some base sites like news, whatsapp, youtube. The things I use on the regular. As my home page I set up Speed Dial which I used to use to just navigate those sites I use but not need to see every boot.

So thisis as far as I've gotten: I have a new-tab I am happy with, and installed the Startup Bookmarks app that opens a set of bookmarks in different tabs on boot.

The main problem I'm currently facing is that I want groups of tabs on different screens (I use a 3 monitor setup and having to drag and drop the tabs to the right page seems like a pain).

After some googleling around I found some js files "are suppost to to work", but I know zilch about js. My googling also brought me either back to the "just open everything in one window" (like this one: https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/1271888) or add different profiles suggestions which doesn't seem to work for what I want.

Is there any guru that can help me open 3 windows screens on one click and then open the right bookmarks from certain folders to the correct screen so I have a 1 click "ready to go" firefox button?

Browser windows management is an experimental feature. Firefox does not support it

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/getScreenDetails

Only chrome does - demo article

https://developer.chrome.com/docs/capabilities/web-apis/window-management

A work around would be to use autohot key for opening new firefox instance on each separate screen and go from there.
