PES 2013 Lagg

Hi everyone, I just bought a new notebook and installed 2 games (Watch dogs and PES 2013). Watch dogs is running excellent but PES 2013 not. It has a little bit annoying lagg. It's not a question of resolution, becouse whatever if i set 1900x1050 or 1280x720 or low or high setting little lagg still appears. I tried set priority at HIGH and it didn't help me at all :/
