So I'm upgrading my pre built pc and I have no idea what I'm looking for with motherboards. Any help much appreciated

Budget (including currency): 150ish

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming mainly but a good general use one would be good

Other details: Intel i7-12700k 3.6ghz. Current ram 2x 8gb DDR4 but have 4x 16gb Kingston Fury 5200mhz that I intend on putting in. GPU Nvidia 4070ti. I think its a normal sized case. No small form factor. Not sure what current Motherboard is.

Can provide any additional details if necessary.

Thanks in advance

Any particular reason you want to upgrade the motherboard and get 64GB of RAM for gaming?

I would say that the MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI is a decent option for you budget.

You need to get the full details from something like CPU-Z or hwinfo, because prebuilt PCs are often proprietary and in that case, your new motherboard might not fit or your PSU and case might have the wrong connectors for it.
