I wanna connect my mouse and keyboard to two pcs simultaneously. How can I do this?

I know it might not be secure, yeah vibecoding is cool but we shouldnt do smt unless we understand it and etc. thx but these disclaimers get old quick. maybe we shall be reminded frequently for we are stupid but i dont work at a nuclear powerplant.

Software solution with Network Latency Synergy
Physical solution with almost no additional latency ss the other guy Mentioned KVW switch.
Depending on which one you get it can switch 1 or 2 or 3 monitors between two PCs.

If you need to connect high refresh rate monitors go for Display port one cause you can easily find DP 1.4, 2 monitor, two PC for $50-70

DP 1.4 specs

1440p up to 240Hz

4K up to 120Hz.

5K up to 60Hz,

8K at 30Hz.

Edit:

If you just need Keyboard and mouse (no monitor(s)) you can get a USB KVM switches which is like $10-15

So... When you move your mouse, you want it to move the mouse of both computers at the same time ? When you click on something, you want it to click on both computers regardless of where the mouse cursor is ? When typing something on one PC, you want it to also type on the second PC ?
...
Is this REALLY what you're asking for ? I just can't think of a single sane reason why anyone would want that hot mess over controlling them individually... No solution will be perfect for it. Even assuming both PCs are identical, down to the icons on the desktop, you'd still have one PC that might have a slightly longer input lag over time which would deviate your cursor ever so slightly after a while. Which means when you click on a link on one PC, it might click next to it on another and then they are out of sync. You could potentially mess things up real fast by inadvertently clicking on something you had not wanted to click, due to not looking at the second PC just cruising along to your mouse clicks.

If not, what you want is exactly what the other two have said. Where you control one PC at a time, but can switch the mouse/keyboard between the two easily, without needing to unplug anything. Either a physical KVM or a software such as Synergy or Sharemouse (which might be able to do the insane thing of simultaneously use two PC at the same time, haven't checked.)

the thing is only one pc will be on at a time but i dont wanna  bother switching

Find a KVM that defaults to whatever PC is powered up. But is it really hard to push a single button to swap? There are even KVMs that will allow keyboard hotkey switching.

ok i will look it up thanks. but i wonder if i wanted to port the signal to 2 pcs simultaneously how it would be done?

You wouldn't be able to do it with plain hardware, that's for sure. As USB is bidirectional, assuming you simply split the USB wires into two to reach both computers, at best nothing will happen and at worse you'll be frying the USB chip on one or both computers.

This is why KVM exist. Where you push a button and it automatically switch from one computer to the other.

There are some KVM that are automatics(lightware tauros, for example)... But they are so expensive it is simply not worth it. Just push the button.

Please read this carefully and think about it:

Are you asking to move your mouse with your hand, and have the pointer move on BOTH computers at the same time?

No it's not possible. You can't do it by wires, you would use some networked software to duplicate the movements.

Also word of warning: Whichever MMO you're looking to input broadcast will ban you when they detect you doing this 🙂

if İ wanted to exploit and mmo i'd just use scripts but i'm smart enough to not mess with mmos. actually i wanna make an mmo 🙂
