Hi, i've had this pc for over 4 years, in which a month ago i swapped out the CPU, Motherboard, RAM and case, but... Before i'll go any further you need some context. When i first got this thing it was a beast on the spec sheets. one of the best builds you could get for that price. On the other hand when i used it, it felt... weak. I dont have older runs of benchmarks but i remember that my CPU and GPU were about 10% below average for those models, which already feels like a lot... and that was with slight overclocking of the cpu, and recommended overclocking of the gpu in the (as of now, old) nvidia app. When i changed some of my specs it was already time for an upgrade. Not only my cpu had a 15% bottleneck on the gpu, but it all just felt slow. Its important to notice that i always had those performance issues, and that it just could all be me. Anyways, today i had the inspiration to run a cinebench test again, and the results were a tiny bit lower than what i hoped for... Anyways i really hope that its just me, and that its not an underlying issue, as i know windows is known for it's limitation of amd cpu's

Remove all overclocks, run fire strike demo, post link to the result(s).

 

Doesn't sound like somethings particularly wrong, just maybe settings issue (GPU overclocking in 2025???) etc.

 

For the record, 5800x3d, win 10, performs stock far better than reviews suggest, even better with undervolt, so idk if that's a windows issue, even though 11 seems quite unfinished,more like a pre-alpha version maybe , hence firestrike benchmark...
