First time build, no boot screen

UPDATE:
We finally got it to work. Here's the solution we ran into:

We went into the ASUS website, made an account and went and found the exact serial number item and downloaded the latest BIOS. We realized that we were downloading the wrong one based on if the motherboard had wifi or not. Our motherboard had no wifi which meant we were downloading the one with wifi. Simple solution, just took a long time to get there...

Hiya,

We have tried every single troubleshooting, we think that the only problem is the motherboard not being fully updated to be able to run our current CPU (see parts list). We are on the page currently with the correct BIOS but we don't know whether that's the problem or if it's more of a hardware issue. We bought the motherboard in March 25th, 2021, it has been in it's original packaging in the anti static bag it's whole time and now is just opened up and used: 2/16/2025. We are at a loss, we don't know if we just need to buy a new motherboard or is it just the internal issue.

With the BIOS flashback, we are getting three flashes and a solid green, it won't turn off. We have also tried clearing the CMOS.
