9700x + 7800xt + 32gb 6000c30

Cpu wise the 9700x is 202£ and should have similar perf to the above video though if valorant doesnt benifit from the extra cores here is the cheaper 9600x at 142£

Gpu wise 7800xt is pretty meh value and used 6950xt are faster for 400-450£ though best value is the 6800xt if you can find em around 350£ or lower as it performs the same as the 7800xt

As for the rest of the parts i cut costs on the case with a similar aesthetic since the pop mini is 90£

went for rgb 6000c30 rams cause id assume youd probably want some extra bling if you prefer the pop air and besides they look best on the hdv anyways since ita a 2dimmer and no empty slots with the extra benifit of being able to push well over 9000 ddr5 though youlll probably be expecting 8400 at most with a good 9700x while faster than 6400 is gonna be a pain to get running

Psu has a 10 year warranty so cant really go wrong with that unless you want a white psu but then itd look like crap cause of the bad colour mixing white cables going to a black board

Budget (including currency): £1100-1200 (No peripherals needed)

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant

Other details:  I plan to play valorant on a 540hz monitor at 1080p. My aim is to get as much fps as possible in it. Also I really like the fractal design pop mini air case in white.

You'll need a bit more budget for 540hz.  Did you buy the monitor already?  Which one?

Yeah buying a $500-$800 monitor is going to require a bit more than a $1000 PC.

How much can you fully spend?

The budget I put is just for the PC itself. I already own the monitor, mouse and keyboard. So those dont need to be factored into the £1200 i saved up for the pc itself.

From what i see, valorant is very CPU dependent. They're recommending 7800x3d or 14900k for 500+ fps.

I may be incorrect , I'd definitely lock down what you need to focus on.

so you think a lesser gpu would be better so i could get a 7800x3d? , i only really care about playing valorant so i dont need to worry about performance in other games.

After watching a lot of benchmarks, the 9600x seems to get over 600-650fps even on high settings for valorant (I will be running it at all low because for competitive shooters its better), so I am thinking that I should build the PC that venomtail suggested. Last thing I'm wondering is if its possible to use the case I asked about in the original post or if there is a specific reason it was omitted for something else. I still have £100 leeway with the parts list he suggested.

Psu has a 10 year warranty so cant really go wrong with that unless you want a white psu but then itd look like crap cause of the bad colour mixing white cables going to a black board

the 9700x on aliexpress is actually £240 when u include tax since that gets added at checkout. It still fits in the budget tho so its not an issue and much cheaper than it would be on amazon. If all else is good then i can start buying the parts right away.
