Obs streaming problem. Is this affect gpu

I use OBS Studio to livestream. The software still indicates that it is live, but the stream is not reaching my channel. Where did the stream go if OBS still reports that it is streaming? I even stopped and restarted the stream four times in a row. Could this cause damage to my CPU and GPU while streaming to "nothing" and constantly restream in obs

It's nearly impossible to run software that damages your hardware unless it's overclocking software that changes the voltages and or clocks of your GPU or CPU. OBS is trying to stream to whatever stream key you've given it.  See below. That key may change and you might need to update it to actually be able to stream. You can see this stuff in your youtube dashboard.

Bro i think the update not the problem today, i have it again.
