Im currently trying to upgrade from my old HP prebuilt. So far ive made a list of a components for my budget build. I recently bought a ryzen 5 5500 for 40 bucks brand new, but I have no Idea which gpu to pair it with. Doing my research I heard that a RTX 4060 would be a good gpu to pair. Is this true?

It's a decent idea, it most likely fits in case and you can check.

Only question is, what PSU that PC runs?

How much for RX 7600, 6650 XT?
