Windows has conditions on when they allow it to be used. It's likely that you won't be able to enable it anyway.

 

If it detects you have an SSD already, it won't let you turn it on. The most recent versions of Windows 11 completely remove the tab if it detects you're on an SSD. A flash drive would be slower than the SSD, so it is indeed pointless.
