i bought moondrop chu 2 a while ago but it has a weird problem. in my laptop, mobile and audio player, left side is way higher than right side (or right is way lower). But it works perfectly on my tablet. I'm guessing the 3.5mm jack is the problem. is there any way to fix this? thanks.

Do you have a 3.5mm to USB adapter or anything to try it with?

This might be a stretch, but have you tried removing and reattaching the connectors on the IEM's buds?
