Can you, sure... Should you, no. Been proven time and again, won't make much difference. At most, you would see an extra degree or two in cooling for more noise and space. Just go with push or pull and good static pressure fans and you will the best solution.

Push-Pull is takes a up a lot of space, it gets harder to clean the radiator(pull is better if you live in a dusty environment) and you only get 1-3°C lower temperatures than just pull or just push configuration. If you do not mind the extra fans(they make noise) and have ample space in your case, give it a try ~ you might get better results than me! :)
