Headphones and mic

Hey guys, 

I was wondering about my headphones and what a good upgrade from them would be. I currently have Sony MDR-V6's. What would be a good upgrade in the $100-$200 range.

 

I was also wondering about the new Modmic 4.0, I have a bluesnowball but it gets in the way a lot. I was thinking about getting the Modmic but I'm curious how it will sound compared to the snowball.

 

Sorry the wording of this is really bad, its 12:40 at night.
