Shadow ban on YouTube?

Do you ever shadow ban users on YouTube?

If yes where do you draw the line?

  1. Any criticism is bannable or do you only resort to it for things like racial hate speech and the like?
  2. Do you ever unban users or are they banned for evermore?
  3. What medium would you consider to be the best to provide criticism/feedback with good intentions? Or do you rather prefer this "policy"?
