CaseLabs Processing Time

I ordered a Merlin SM8 from CaseLabs directly 13 days ago. I saw that processing should only take 5-10 days for white. Should I send an email asking what's going on or just let it go and wait?

Maybe, just maybe, I should read more carefully next time.

 

Still, this is a long wait and it still has been right around 10 business days (8 or 9).
