Mobo fried?

I need some confirmation. 

My brothers pc started having problems. Turning it on. It booted up, fans lit up, click, everything shuts down. Only showing the Asus logo lit. Sometimes even the breaker trips. 

At another socket, it even arced when plugging in. 

Hooked up with my psu, same problem. 

Took uit the motherboards, everything off, some ram in others slots, all the same. 

 

Same thing every time. Jumpstart, psu clicks, and nothing more

Mobo internally fried?

Welcome to the LTT forums! 

Based on the data provided, yes I would assume that likely the MOBO and/or one or more of the attached components has a very potent short in it.
