static problems and mixer sugestions

hello LTT audio sub-forum i have a few questions for you guys. 1. i have a bad static coming from my headphone jack on my case, I think it's because the cable is routed right beside my PSU and is picking up the static there. is there any cheap / free way to fix this other than rerouting the cable? (i would buy a DAC but im broke ATM)

2. I want to have a small mixer on my desk so I can mix my music, game volume, etc without having to ALT-TAB out of a game. is there anyway to do this? (it might be awhile till i get around to doing this because as mentioned before im broke)
