So, I recently got a hefty check of about $4000. I want to build a computer that is for gaming, recording and live streaming those games. I'd prefer not to spend more than $2000 so I can get a car with the rest. I can deal spending more if it I have to though, just try to keep in the budget.
Peripherals: This is all I need; webcam, a decent studio mic, (maybe a mic stand as Well,) and if you can fit it in the budget, a 1440p monitor. (I already of dual monitor set up now with 1080p so the monitor is not required.) I don't need an operating system. ( I already have windows 8.1.) I have a mouse and keyboard.

To sum it all up.
Purpose: Gaming, recording, live streaming.
Budget: $2000-$2500 absolute Max.
Peripherals: webcam, microphone (maybe even a desk stand for it as Well,) and if you can put it the budget, a 1440p monitor.

Thank you all for the help.

EDIT: A nice leather chair that you could recommend would be nice:)

I think you might enjoy this, 295X2 is because the ITX doesn't have more than one slot, but I do have an unsure question about it whether this can do CF since the 295X2 is CF fitted into a single card

That and the monitor is 1080p. Can you recommend a 1440p monitor? Also, do I really need all those fans?

Here is a great 1440p panel:

No, you don't need all those fans. The case comes with fans. Not sure why he included them.
