Ok i hope u are right bc i thought is sm bad or i broke sm thanks and one more if possible is it better 4060 8gb or 2080 super 8gb anywas thanks so much

Nothing is broken or bad.聽 The CPU is doing exactly what its designed to do.聽 Relax 馃檪

Intel's Turbo Boost Frequency is only on one or two cores for a limited time. Usually during gaming and not during long load like a stresstest or video rendering.聽

If you play some games you should see it boost to 4.4ghz sometimes.

The RTX 2080 Super is usually a little bit faster than the RTX 4060 in most games but only by a few frames.

The RTX 4060 will have better DLSS support and better better raytracing.

The RTX 4060 also draws a lot less power.聽 2080 Super is a 250w card while the 4060 draws 110-120w.

its a tough choice between the two.聽 I had a 2080 Super myself and it was a great card 馃檪

It all depends on the price in my opinion.

Bro my cpu is! I5 12450 hx and its says that can go up to 4.4ghz and i installed intel xtu and did a stress test it says that is going only 4.2 ghz and the temp were 87-90 idk help

I see nothing wrong here.聽 It can only reach 4.4ghz on a few cores and not all of them.聽 Usually only one or two cores and not under 100% load for a long time.

Stresstest the CPU will load all cores and they will boost lower.聽 Seeing 4.2ghz all core at聽 87-90c is pretty good.

What do you need help with?
