Windows code 43 USB

Hey all

I have been getting the Windows code 43 for my USB amp and im looking for an override as the steps i have tried so far didnt work.
I have tried:
In device manager i tried disabling and activating, 

updating the driver,

uninstalling the device 

In CMD with the sfc /scannow 

different USB-port 

Changed usb power setting 

 

and non of the above have worked 
the only thing that works, temporary, is unplugging it and replugging it. And im getting real tried of doing that. 

The amp should be fine as it has been tested by a shop and they had no issue and every other USB device i have is working fine 

 

Is there a way to override the "A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

whatever system you're plugging this into, has a problem with whatever driver that it needs.

Could be a weird power thing (replace PSU), bugged USB drivers (grab new ones from mobo manufacturer site), or a dying amp
