What do I buy?

I have about a $275 maximum for a new GPU because the last one broke, what should I get? I don't know if my PC specs matter, but here they are.
Specs:

Cpu: Intel Core i3-2100 Dual-core (Hyperthreaded) Stock cooled
Ram: Kingston 8gb 1066
Motherboard: ASRock H61/DES3
PSU: Rocket Fish fully modular 600 watt.

a r9 270x or a 760 for the budget but i don't know how much of a bottleneck there will be

All the people I've asked who know a decent amount about what they're talking about say my cpu doesn't throttle much, I mean it maxes BF4 at about 90% and I feel that's fairly decent for an i3.
I'm planning on getting the MSI 760.
