Budget (including currency): $3000 US

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: No game in specific but I lean towards FPS and RPG as well as needing this computer for non-4k video editing

Hello all! I have been using a pre-built desktop bought through bestbuy from cyberpower for almost 8 years now. I have now graduated college using a razer laptop which has since died on me twice, and when coming back to the old desktop found out that it wouldn't even let me install Davinci Resolve (it was a sad day). I had resolved to save up money to build a brand new pc to start getting me on track with my career and let me finally let me play some games off of low settings. The above link is what I have planned out so far and it ended up being about $600 below budget which is great! But I figured I would ask if I could use that buffer to get any major increases in what the computer could do or if i'm better off using it to get my 1440p monitor earlier than planned since I was going to get one for this new set-up anyway (currently have 2 1080p moniters with my main one being 144hz). EDIT: Forgot to mention that not shown in the part list is that i have a new 8TB HDD that i will be taking out of the old computer for this new build so long term storage shouldn't be an issue.
