Issues with my gpu ???

I recently built a pc but my gpurx 6700xt saphire pulse that i bough used is giving me issues , mid game screen goes black and i hear the usb disconnect sound and no display , i hat to set the clock limit to 2000 

I even changed my 600w bomb of a psu with a stempunk 750w and still the same issues
