Dead CPU?

this might be a pretty stupid question to ask, but i’ve got an MSI B660 Bazooka with a 12400, couple days ago i took it apart for a cleaning and now after reassembly my CPU light is holding a solid red, i didn’t bash it or anything during the cleaning and kept it in an artistic bag while i was cleaning. any ideas what could have caused it to die on the spot like that?

Did you check the manual to find the codes for the lights?

Also, if you could provide pictures and a link to the motherboard documentation(if any) that would be helpful.
