I’m updating my house drivers on my Win11 pc (it’s an rtx 2060) and it has got about half way, then the screen flashed and now I can only move the mouse, but the rest of the pc is unresponsive? I don’t wanna turn of the pc just in case that corrupts something, any ideas on what I should do?

hold Win + Ctrl + Shift + B combo to refresh the nvidia driver

Or Ctrl + Shift + Esc to bring up task manager, find Windows Explorer and kill the process. Then click Run Task... button and type explorer.exe to refresh explorer.

Otherwise, download ddu and reboot into safe mode nuking the nvidia driver.
