There's potentially no problem,
what's recommended though, is after using old SSD in new machine, to completely reinstall Windows (which means erasing all other data in process),
it's recommended because all machines are different, and Windows during install accommodates itself based on the exact specs the PC has, even if you uninstall all old and install new drivers, there could be still few left that communicate in a way they would to the old parts,
which can sometimes work flawlessly without reinstall, but reinstall guarantees that any potential problems/lags/weirdness/stutter isn't caused by this.
