Google Workspace Admin/Users - Passwords and Drive

Hey! I am a Google Workspace Admin and some of my users have changed their passwords (and that's fine) but I frequently need to access their Google Drive, etc. It doesn't seem like I can natively access my users Google Drive and email without logging into their account or the ability to view their password (I know I can reset it). How can I do either of those things with an extention or third-party something or whatever?
