ASRock's "Non-Z overclock"

Apparently, according to ASRock's website, my B85M-ITX motherboard is capable of overclocking even though it isn't a Z87 chipset board. Has anyone had any experience with this? What kind of overclocks can it do compared to a Z87 board?

I haven't done it myself but it does work.

Thanks. I'm thinking of somehow mounting an air cooler into my smaller case and move the PSU that was in the way previously.
