Correct screen replacement for laptop

Dog smoked my laptop screen. No tutorials online. Managed to get to the screen label which required destructive methods(screen was already completely toast anyway) confused about what to buy because searching the partnumber brings up a variety of things that dont look correct. Ive included photos of the labels for the whole notebook amd the screen. 

 

Yes i disconnected the power supply and yes i disconnected the whole upper/screen assembly before continuing the destruction.

Well thanks for help. Really was great to ease the anxiety of ordering parts and doing something stressful. Really put my mind at ease to blindly order one of the clearly not the same panel options with the same part number while bombarded with notices that panels arent returnable.
