trubleshoting I have a big problem

So, I have an MS-7728 ver 2.0 motherboard, and I want to put an i5 3470 processor in it. I need a BIOS update to support this processor. Does anyone know where I can find it, and if possible, if it also supports newer graphics cards (RX 470 8GB)?

From what I've read online this is a Medion locked motherboard. It would have came with an i7-3770 as the processor so unless the CPU is locked it should allow for a 3470 without a bios update. As for the graphics cards there are several posts saying the locked nature of the board doesn't allow dedicated GPUs. Honestly, I wouldn't put money into this board, I'd look for a used standard board that's not this weird Medion locked crap.

I did an update in the past for the graphics card, I don’t remember the model, but it was something with 2GB from MSI, and it worked, that's why I'm asking

I put an i5 2500 and it works. I tried putting an i5 3470 and it keeps restarting continuously. Do you think the processor is dead?
