Hey guys

I need a bit help here, my aio cooler works just fine, but the noise level is just too much, so I bought 2 Noctua fans and take out the fans that came with the aio and change them to Noctua fans instead.

will that work?

and the aio connects with a hub and on the backside of my case have a hub too, should I connect the new fans to the hub on the backside or the motherboard.

The AIO's fans are quite good in terms of cooling and noise levels.

Did you try to adjust the fan curve for the fans?  Was it still too noisy?

But yes, you should be able to swap them out 🙂

Those fans should be quieter. Mostly because they don't push very much air.

Yes, you can swap fans.

No, don't run the AIO from a hub. If you do, it possibly won't be responding to the CPU temp

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

If I want to post my setup so people can see what I have can I do that here?

I’m totally new here
