this is gonna be my first build it's gonna be a gaming build and my budget is 1900$ and remember scandinavian prices and my plan is mini itx this is what i got so far and ill find some system fans too myself operating system not included

the build is good but you will probably want to upgrade to 16GB of ram. beyond that the build is good.

Looks good! You could easily use an RM650 if you wanted.
