Two monitors doesn't work at the same time

I had both of my monitors working perfectly for a long time, two nights ago when i restarted my pc the display port monitor wasn't working but the hdmi one worked fine, i couldn't fix it because it was late and when i woke up in the morning both of them didn't work, to specify i could open BIOS and enter windows recovery mode, but when windows opened both monitors were black screen, i decided to reinstall windows completely and when i did that the display monitor worked but not the hdmi and i guessed i needed to download the drivers first, after i did that the hdmi monitor worked but not the display port one and soon after the hdmi turned off too, but when i removed the display port the hdmi monitor worked, So I tried reinstalling and rolling back drivers for my GPU (RX 6600 XT) but it still had the same issue, and because I didn't want to use my other monitor with hdmi i found a video on youtube that tells me if i turn off HDCP in AMD settings that the display monitor will work. So i connected HDMI and Display Port on my main monitor and i worked with hdmi to turn off HDCP and the display port worked i turned off the hdmi and everything was great until i tried connecting the monitor with hdmi and it didn't work only the display port one was working.

P.S if i wanted do use the the display port monitor the cable had to be connected before the hdmi connector (number 1) and if the cable is connected to number 3 the display port doesnt work
