hey, im going to pick up a new cpu cooler tomorrow (finally getting rid of stock)

I'm just going to stop by my local NCIX (canada) so I guess anything on there website is something I can get

I am unsure about compatibility, I have:

Case: Corsair 200r

RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws X

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-UD3H

Probably wanting to get an air cooler, but open to anything, price does not matter (just want good price-performance)

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, Canadianultra

CPU: i5 4670k GPU: GTX 770 Mobo: Z87-UD3H RAM: 8Gb Ripjaws Case: Corsair 200R PSU: Corsair RM750

Most people would recommend the coolermaster hyper 212 evo for the best price : performance ratio.

Indeed. You can push until 4.4ghz with this cooler, and it would still be fine. Maybe around 42c-45c which is kind of a little hot kind of normal.

I'm all for Noctua CPU air coolers. The NH-D14 or NH-D15. They cost more but you get better performance and quietness for the price.

I dont think the NH-D14/15 will fit in my case

Both will fit in height, even tho it'll be a tight fit. The max CPU cooler height on the 200R is 165mm. The NH-D14 is 160mm and the NH-D15 is 165mm. Don't know if it'll fit with your RAM tho.
