advice for pre amplifier

hai i live in Belgium.

 

I would like to purchase two monoblocks for my speakers and am looking for a preamplifier where I can connect everything.

 

I am looking for a preamplifier with 3 RCA inputs (cd player, vinyl player and a extra one) and 1 optical input (for a tv). It would also be nice if it had a remote control so I can adjust the volume. The output can be XLR or RCA.

Or one with at least 4 RCA inputs and without an optical input for the TV (I could buy the cheapest Schiit DAC for the TV).

 

budget max €800
