ill start with my build 

x670e-e asus mobo

corsair vengeance 64x2 ram

4070 super 

7800x3d

my issues is im having hard freezing after a couple hours of game time on black ops6 im just wondering if its because my ram speed is at  6000mhz when i use expo or what could be causing this issue. it takes forvever to boot up also says q code 15 when i start and takes at least 3-4 mins before it boots.... any help would be awesome thank you.

What's the exact RAM configuration? 64GB DIMMs haven't really hit the consumer market, so either you're running 4x32GB which would cause at least some of your issues or this is a typo.

What RAM slots are you using? This shouldn't take that long to train unless it's in the wrong slots.

Try to turn off any overclocking settings you may have on, then try again. Let me know the results!

i was reading on another forum someone said to turn off the igpu. so i did that and so far seems to be fine as of this morning
